Built for Shiva Cements, a JSW Cement subsidiary, this 900 sq. ft. structure represents a pioneering step in hybrid construction. Initially planned with a conventional foundation and columns, the design was adapted mid-way to incorporate our onsite 3D concrete printing technology. This marks the first time we combined traditional RCC columns with 3D-printed walls, demonstrating a seamless integration of old and new construction techniques.
Using our large-scale gantry printer, we printed the structure around the existing columns, optimizing both speed and structural integrity. The successful execution of this approach opens up new possibilities for blending pre-existing site conditions with the versatility of 3D printing.
Now fully operational as a sanitary block, the project showcases how innovative construction methods can adapt to evolving design needs—without compromising on quality, timeline, or functionality.
