This 600 sq. ft. sanitary facility, built for Shiva Cements (a JSW Cement subsidiary), marked a major leap in our journey—it was our first out-of-state onsite 3D printing project, completed in just 8 days. Designed with optimum space utilization in mind, the structure features a unique layout that goes beyond conventional design, made possible by the flexibility of 3D printing.
Constructed using our large-scale gantry-based printer, the project was executed during peak summer, with temperatures soaring up to 45°C. Overcoming such extreme conditions demonstrated the resilience of both our technology and team, making this one of our most challenging yet rewarding builds.
The project is now fully operational and in daily use, offering a smart, sustainable solution for sanitation infrastructure in industrial settings. Its successful execution highlights the potential of robotic construction in remote and high-temperature environments, opening the door to similar impact-driven deployments across India.
